Kailash-Guge Kingdom Trekking is one another popular trekking destinations in Tibet. Guge kingdom is situated in western Tibet. It is an isolated plateau, but is regarded to be the centre for Buddhism, which is said to have founded in 10th century by the successor of then then king Lang Darma, who fled from Lhasa after the collapse of Tubo kingdom. Guge kingdom survived of about 700 years and then disappeared mysteriously in the 17th century. Thus, while having trekking to Mt. Kailash-Guge Kingdom Trekking begins with a direct flight from Kahtmandu to Lhasa and then you will have sightseeing all around Lhasa and then you will have drive to Gyantse and then Shigatse, Lhastse, Sasang, Tsochen, Gertse, Gakyi, Shiquanhe, Tsada and finally reach at Guge Kingdom which is popularly known as Tholing and Tsaparang as well, you will have excursion all around and then have short drive up to Tarboche and trek up to Dira Puk and then Zutul Puk, Darchen and then drive up to Lake Mansarovar lake and have excursion around Mt. Kailash and then after making and excursion around, you will have short drive up to Paryang and then Saga, subsequently to Nyalam and then drive back to Kathmandu.
