Lhakpa RI (7,045 m) Expedition is one another most popular trips in Tibet. Lhakpa RI is also known as Xang Dong Feng in Tibet. This peak is located close to Mt. Everest. The term Lakpa RI in Tibetan language is stormy mountain. Though the language indicates to be stormy mountain, it is regarded to be one of the easiest peaks for expedition in Tibet. Lhakpa Ri expedition trip begins with direct flight from Kathmandu to Lhasa and then you will have sightseeing all around and then drive to Shegar and then Gongbuk and then trek up to Everest base camp and continue to Interim camp, subsequently to camp 2 and camp 3 and have summit to Lhakpa Ri and return back to lower base camp and drive back to Zhangmu through Tingri and subsequently to Kathmandu.
