Lower Dolpo Trekking is popular camping trekking route in Nepal, located along the Dhaulagiri massiff. Dolpa is a hidden valley believed to have created by Guru Rinpoche --a Buddhist devotee. The trekking route along the lower Dolpo region is predominantly inhabitated by Buddhists and who have been able to preserve the unique Buddhist culture, tradition, and lifestyles without an inch of any changes. It is one of the most remote valleys awaiting your arrival for exploration.
Lower Dolpo trekking is regarded to be the most popular since you will have an opportunity explore the most serene and tranquil natural beauty, the herbal land, unspoiled trans-Himalayan culture, Buddhist monastery—Phoksundo Lake, Gumpa, monuments, well-preserved eco-system which is home to a number of flora and fauna and many more, you will have magnificent views of Kanjiroba peak, Phoksumdo Lake, and the Dhauligiri massif is one of the most rewarding moments of this trek and many more. This hidden valley remained to be isolated area for long years, as it was opened for the outsiders only in 1990s. Therefore, the Tibetan culture is one of the attractions of this area, which is unique in terms of language, culture, lifestyles and many more. The primitive lifestyle of the Tibetan origin people, the unique landscape, rocky and sloppy hills, the flora and fauna have been the prime attractions of the area and have been one of the most loved trekking destinations in Nepal.
Lower Dolpa region trekking begins with a short flight from Kathmandu to Nepalgunj, Nepalgunj to Juphal and continue to Dunai, the district headquarter, along the banks of Barbung Khola, through Tarakot, known locally as Dzong for its hilltop fortress from Tarap Khola and finally reach at the highest point of the trek Numa La (5,190m), Bagala(5,080m) and making excursion around upper Dolpa and having magnificent views of Dhaulagiri to the south and Tibetan ranges C Kugung La and Khyung La to the north and reaches to Phoksundo Lake. Then descend down to Sumdo, Suli Ghat River and finally return back to Juphal and catch plane to Nepalgunj and subsequently to Kathmandu.

Day 02:Half day Sightseeing in Katmandu city with cultural tour guide. Hotel
Day 03:Afternoon, we take the flight to Nepalgunj in the mid-far west of Nepal. This 1 hrs flight and overninght in Nepalganj.Hotel
